Our client, a leader in molding, is looking for a Machine Operator in Worcester, MA to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up equipment, loading materials, and operating machinery. This is a Monday-to-Friday position with a starting rate of pay of $18.25, with the ability to earn more with experience (certification program).

Your day may look like this:

Configuring the equipmentLoading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.Oversee equipment maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.Reviewing all final products produced before releasing

Requirements and skills:

Will need to train on 1st shift for a couple of weeksSome manufacturing experienceWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devicesBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systemsManual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
