Temp-to-Hire position$19.26 to $23.11 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 04:00am to 04:30pm)Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.Inspect and measure parts, components, and equipment to meet quality standards and specifications.Perform routine tests, document results, and report any inconsistencies or issues.Assist in setting up equipment, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement and follow standardized work procedures.Machine Operator Qualifications:
English proficiency required.High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to read and follow standardized work instructions and engineering drawings.Experience with operating machinery and using measuring devices to inspect small parts.Basic math skills and the ability to maintain accurate logs and reports.Pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle report required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
