Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will have overall line responsibility from production to packaging. You will operate the computer system that works our bottle machines, stack finished products, monitor production, and pull samples for the lab. You will also be required to record production and problems encountered during your shift, ensuring goods are produced and packaged in correct quantities and in accordance with agreed specifications. Regularly standing, walking, and reaching will be part of your daily tasks. You will be expected to lift 10 lbs regularly, 30 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

Our company specializes in the manufacturing of bottles and caps for products such as shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash, and hand soap. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, long pants, jeans or khakis, and a t-shirt. We provide ear plugs, hair nets, and other necessary items. Employees are required to follow GMP guidelines. Shifts are 12-hour switch shifts - 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, with shift times of 6:00pm-6:30am. There is a 30-day probationary period with training from 6 AM - 6 PM, 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
