As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating slitting machines to process feedstock materials. You will align shear or razor blades, make adjustments to machine settings, and ensure that products meet customer specifications. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot machine performance is key. This is a hands-on role that requires both independent work and collaboration with a team.Responsibilities:Install and align shear or razor blades for slitting feedstock materialsOperate slitter machine, adjusting settings and monitoring operationSelect, clean, and install spacers, lay-on bars, sleeves, and bladesMeasure dimensions of rolls for conformance to specificationsObserve machine operation and examine rolls for defectsQualifications and Requirements:1-3 years of relative experience in machine operationAbility to lift up to 50 lbsBasic computer skillsAbility to stand for extended periodsBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $20/hrMedical Benefits (Dental, Vision, Medical)Paid HolidaysTraining & Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:
