Machine Operator ALL SHIFTS $18-20/hour

Job Description

We have multiple openings across machine operation and quality needs. Candidates will be working alone or with a helper, responsible for keeping machines running and tracking their operation. Duties include loading materials in and out of machines, working with rackers to ensure parts are properly built for the furnaces, and taking parts to the quality lab for checks.

Candidates have the ability to work overtime and earn a lot of money when busy. Cross training in departments provides opportunities for raises. You will learn a skill for heat treating and the company has a 401k match. The company promotes from within.

Work Environment

This is a mid-size employer specializing in heat treating metals for automotive, entertainment (roller coasters), and other industries. There are openings on all shifts due to a new line coming in. Positions include All Case Operator (1,2,3) and Mesh Belt Operator (2nd shift). Shift times are 6:45am - 3:00pm, 2:45pm - 11:00pm, and 10:45pm - 7:00am. Steel-toed shoes are required, and long pants are necessary in most areas, with t-shirts being acceptable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00
