**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** This individual will be responsible for operating multiple types of machines. The production manager will rotate individuals on various machines within the facility to cross-train employees. This individual will be exposed to CO2 & Fiber Optic CNC Laser Machines, I-Beam Saw Machines, high def machines, beam line machines, & Break Press. The candidate must be open to being cross-trained and learning all machines within the facility. This is a custom fab shop, but sometimes projects take longer than others due to size. This can make the machine operating a little repetitive. **Responsibilities** + Operate multiple types of machines + Rotate on various machines within the facility to cross-train + Work with CO2 & Fiber Optic CNC Laser Machines, I-Beam Saw Machines, high def machines, beam line machines, & Break Press + Learn and adapt to different machines within the facility **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC and blueprint reading + Machine operation experience + Ability to read a tape measure + 1-2 years of industrial machine operating experience + Experience in a metal environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift & overhead crane experience (not needed but a plus) + Experience with lathe, mill, press brake, calipers, micrometer, CNC lathe, CNC mill, CNC machine, machining, milling, setup, change over, CNC machining, CNC setup, CNC operation + Will consider candidates right out of machining school **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a laid-back environment with little direct supervision. The facility is very clean and organized, and it is a non-climate controlled environment.
