Location: Green Bay, WI
Wage: $18-20/hr
Hours: 5am-3pm M-Th, 6am-4pm M-Th, 7am-5pm M-Th, 5am-3pm Tu-F, 4pm-2am M-Th, 5pm-3am M-Th, or 6pm-4am M-Th

Job Summary: Machine Operators are responsible for all aspects of operating a bag-making machine
with in-line printing presses. Duties include assisting with machine set-up, adjusting to maintain product
quality and consistency, packaging product produced by the machine and performing periodic visual and
system-based quality inspections to insure proper and consistent adherence to quality standards and
customer specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Monitor machine operation and package product accurately and timely
• Complete quality checks and record results on the computer
• Print set up and perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly with management and team members
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as assigned

Education:
• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:
• Manufacturing experience preferred, not required
• Flexographic printing experience helpful

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Basic computer knowledge
• General safety knowledge

Physical Requirements:
• Standing for majority of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
