·                Put protection caps on all units.

·                Add load tags to loads.

·                Program the unitizing machine by measuring loads and inputting codes.

·                Communicate with fabricating machines when deviations affect the outgoing unit's quality.

·                Check loads for quality as they pass through the process.                      

·                Perform maintenance on the equipment as necessary.

·                Tear down the heads on the machine when banding jams occur.

·                Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.

Working Hours: 3:00 pm – 11:00 am and sometimes 3:00 pm – 3:00 am
