Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Lincoln, NH
**Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform typical machine shop and press operations.
+ Operate a press production, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
+ Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, and written instructions.
+ Accurately record the number of parts produced, both good and scrap.
+ Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards as required.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
+ Machine Operator experience preferred but not required.
+ Basic reading and math skills.
+ Ability to follow directions and use basic hand tools.
+ Must be able to speak and understand English.
