Primary Duties + Learn & follow detailed work instructions + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed below + Load, Operate and monitor surface mount machines + Perform basic trouble shooting of machines + Complete documentation as needed + Count finished goods and supplies as needed + Participate in various improvement activities Qualifications + Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with coworkers + Ability to work as a team member + Must be safety conscious + Ability to stand all day, stoop & bend and lift up to 40 lbs. + Attention to detail and good with numbers + Commitment to meeting production demands and quality requirements + Understand Customer requirements as they relate to their job function + Ability to identify and address and/or communicate any potential non-conformances + Ability to get to work on time with minimal absences Education / Experience + Previous machine operator experience desired
