**Manufacturing Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator with previous experience in the manufacturing industry. You will be trained on our processes for producing various linear motion rails used in diverse applications. This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift 60-80lbs. The position is on a temp-to-hire basis.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate manufacturing equipment to produce linear motion rails.
+ Adhere to safety and quality standards.
+ Lift and handle materials weighing 60-80lbs.
+ Maintain a strong attendance and consistent work history.
+ Take and pass a required math test.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 60-80lbs.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
+ Strong attendance record.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic warehouse skills such as shipping, receiving, inventory, labeling, and packing.

**Work Environment**
The role is based on the manufacturing floor, which is shared with the warehouse. The facility is new, having moved to Huntley in August 2018. It is well lit, clean, heated in the winter, and air-conditioned in the summer. The hours for the 1st shift are 7AM - 3:30PM, with two 10-minute breaks at 10AM and 3PM, and an hour-long lunch.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
