**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are now hiring machine operators in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products. We are seeking motivated individuals with a willingness to learn.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate manufacturing equipment to produce building products.
+ Monitor and maintain machinery during production.
+ Ensure quality control of products being produced.
+ Constantly stand and walk throughout the shift.
+ Lift materials weighing 35+ lbs regularly.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous production or manufacturing experience of at least 6 months.
+ Willingness to learn and excitement to work.
+ Comfortable with transitioning to a 12-hour shift.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ General labor experience.
+ Machine operation skills.
+ Production experience.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a large, open manufacturing warehouse with long extruder machines operated and monitored by one operator. Currently, there are 20 people working in production. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and will switch to 12-hour shifts in June, rotating between day and night, with some weekends required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
