Job Description:

Location: Waterbury, Connecticut

CoWorx Staffing Services is actively seeking experienced Machine Operators with 3-5 years operations experience for a local Waterbury Manufacturing Company.
We had second shift opportunities and 12 hour rotation schedule positions available. Payrate $18.00 – $20.00.

Responsibilities:

-Feed raw materials into production machinery
-Monitor the production insulation process
-Carry out basic quality and testing checks
-Use lifting equipment
-Maintain work areas and equipment

Desired Background/Skills:

-Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
-Must be able to climb stairs in the department on a regular basis
-Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
-Previous manufacturing environment experience
-Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting
-Must be able to follow written work instructions

Other Information:

Monday – Friday Scheduled – 3pm-11pm
12 Hour Rotation Schedule – 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
