Our client, a leader in packaging solutions, is seeking an experienced Die Cutter - Machine Operator to join their team in Fairless Hills, PA. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in die-cutting and flexographic printing, looking for a stable, direct-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate die-cutting machinery efficiently.Handle both printing and die-cutting operations.Convert finished corrugated sheets into box form.Make necessary machine adjustments to ensure high-quality output.Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience in die-cutting/flexo press operations.Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and quality control experience.Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow technical instructions.Proficiency in computer and math skills.Ability to distinguish color variations accurately.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work in other roles as needed and handle overtime as required.

Pay & Schedule:
