Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for visually inspecting and packaging product to be in compliance with customer requirements. The Machine Operator must perform all duties in accordance with Intertech’s ISO Quality Management System and strictly adhere to production processes and procedures.  The manufacturing area is a controlled environment requiring Machine Operators to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment – such as lab coats, hair nets, and latex gloves) at all times.

We have the following shifts available:

 Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday 5:40pm - 6:00am 

Performance Accountability:

Key Responsibilities:

Visually inspect and package product in accordance with documented specificationsComplete and maintain accurate production records and paperworkAccurately record scrap hourlyCommunicate defects and production issues with supervisorPerform sub-assembly operationsMaintain a clean work environmentAdditional duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience working in an ISO controlled environment preferredPrevious injection molding or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to comprehend and follow visual, written, and verbal instructionsManual dexterity required to handle, sort, assemble, and/or package small partsDetail orientedAbility to perform repetitive tasksAbility to align to organizational values

Salary: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour depending on shift and location
