As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for working with a team in a manufacturing environment. You’ll work with your hands, operating machines, and ensuring our products meet high standards—all in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** + Set up, maintain and operate machine to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production + Ensure appropriate, accurate documentation of processes + Perform routine and preventative maintenance to equipment + Maintain materials used in production processes + Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment + Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies + Maintain departmental quality standards + Other duties as assigned **Shift Requirement** + Monday – Friday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with occasional overtime **Minimum Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED + Must be at least 18 years of age or older + Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat + Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time + Ability to lift items that can weigh up to 35 pounds **Preferred Requirements** + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Forklift experience preferred RSRCAR **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
