Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker with experience in production or warehouse settings. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and have experience in labor or packaging tasks. As a Production Worker, you will work on the packing line, handling vinyl parts for window frames that come off the production line. This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting parts weighing 10-15 lbs off the machine, and stacking them for packaging. You will also work off basic work orders to record part numbers, which does not require prior experience.

Our contractors receive a $1.00 raise up to $17.00 and $18.00/hr once taken on directly after the 4-month contract. Unlimited overtime is available throughout the year, with additional reviews every 3 months that typically result in a $0.50 raise. There are numerous opportunities for advancement, not only in pay but also in job duties. Positions such as machine operators, line leads, and materials handlers are available for promotion. Additionally, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
Work Environment
The facility is very large yet clean and well-maintained. It houses a lot of machinery and specializes in making window frames. Contractors are required to wear steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses and gloves are provided depending on the area worked in.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAKMONT, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
