We are looking for new colleagues for performing production work in one of the seven areas: Coating & Laminating, Dye House, DIY, Rewind, Sputtering, Metalizing and Silicone. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Manager. Primary responsibilities include:
Responsibility
+ Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
+ Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
+ Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
+ Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
+ Perform preventative and routine maintenance
+ Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED Required
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Further requirements specific to these roles
+ You understand and follow all safety procedures
+ You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
+ Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry
+ Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
+ Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility
