Position involves operating and assisting with heavy machinery used in the production of corrugated boxes. Position involves operating and assisting with the machinery used in the production of high quality corrugated boxed. The Machine Operator will perform tasks necessary to support daily operations.
· Set up the machine according to machine specific procedures.
· Make necessary adjustments during set up and run to ensure quality work.
· Monitor quality throughout the production run. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature, dimension, pressure, register settings. Complete the box quality chick required on each other.
· Enter production data into computer. Count and stack finished product.
· Load and unload materials into machines, monitor production output, and unload finished products.
· Inspect products for defects ensuring adherence to quality standards and make machine adjustments as needed to maintain output quality.
· Perform routine machine maintenance. Perform basic routine maintenance including cleaning, adjusting machine settings.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6a-2:30p
Work Experience
· Ability to read a tape measure up to 1/16
· Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
· Basic math skills for accurate measurements and inventory management.
· Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing
· Physical demands include standing, bending, kneeing, reaching, crouching, and lifting up to 50lbs
· Must have fine motor skills for adjusting machine settings, using tools, and handling small parts with precision.
