Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Setup and operate machinery to cut and thread metal for the production of large anchor bolts and fasteners for the construction industry. Measure and cut stock metal to length using saws and shears. Operate threading machinery to thread bolts. Inspect parts for quality. Follow work instructions. This position is on swing shift with regular scheduled hours from 2:30pm-11pm, Monday-Friday.

Work Environment

The shop is very clean for a machine shop, located in an enclosed but uninsulated building/pole barn that can get cooler in winter and warmer in summer. It is a friendly and laid-back environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTLAND, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
