Responsibilities:

Performs duties responsible for setting up, and operating a machine to run continuously throughout a work shift.

Inspects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor to meet requirements.

Maintain production log of work shift.

Keep records of approved and defective materials for review and inspection.

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulation.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must have command of the English language- both written and spoken.

Must be able to read and interpret proofs, use simple math, and basic handheld measuring tools.

The willingness to learn and improve.

Ability to be a team player since all tasks require close collaboration with co-workers.

Physical requirements; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.; regularly required to sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility.
