Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated machine operators (internal job title: web handler) to join our team. Our facility has two sides: ARx, which focuses on medical/pharmaceutical products, and AR, which focuses on basic adhesive products. Successful candidates will be involved in various stages of production and must be open to learning the entire process.

ResponsibilitiesTrain on policies, protocols, and procedures as needed to support assigned duties.Perform a wide variety of packaging operations such as primary packaging, secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization.Conduct in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed.Execute assigned responsibilities according to documented procedures (Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, etc.), protocols, planned deviations, and training lessons.Understand and comply with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing cGMPs consistent with 21-CFR-211 guidelines.Accurately and thoroughly fill out process-related paperwork and operational documentation.Seek technical operator or supervisory assistance for clarification in the event of any uncertainties or unexpected occurrences.Participate in mixing, coating, and slitting processes as required for adhesive production.Essential SkillsAbility to read and interpret work orders (follow numbers and basic written instructions).Generic mechanical aptitude.Experience with machine operation and production processes.Proficiency in computer skills.Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.10/hr.
