Hours are 7pm-5am Monday through Thursday, overtime and short Friday shifts happen with little notice. Job summary- Assist in operation of panel line to make high quality Hexacomb in a safe and efficient manner. Job requirements + High school diploma or GED. + Good communication skills. + Must be able to read at an acceptable level. + Must be able to do basic math including multiplication and division. + Must be able to work overtime, weekends and Holidays as needed. Job responsibilities + Follow all safety rules and policies, make suggestions to improve, look out for fellow employee's safety. Work to improve our safety culture. + Assist in running the panel line as a forklift operator or stacker. Be proficient in both positions, this includes banding and stretch wrap. + Train and direct temporary employees when needed. + Maintain a high sense of urgency when working at all times. + During downtime and set ups, make Falconboard boxes or other duties as assigned. + Be open to trying new ideas all of the time. + Have and encourage strong teamwork. + Other duties as assigned.
