JOB DETAILS

Day Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have the aptitude to be trained to operate various machines and be able to follow specific directions and instructions to produce customer orders correctlySetup machinery to perform requested operations for customer orders requiring the ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skillsConstantly work safely and comply with all safety regulationsOperate machines to produce the correct items for orders while standing in an upright position for extended periods of time and moving about on footWill be trained to use forklift to transport heavy weight metal coilsWillingness to participate daily in shop cleaning responsibilitiesMaintain a clean and safe work environment by performing all duties safely and efficiently according to company and OSHA safety guidelinesWear the proper protective equipment as requiredMay assist in reporting inventory levels to managementOther projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion. Qualifications High School Graduate or General Education Degree3 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing is preferredAbility to maintain a constant state of alertness and in a safe mannerMust have a high attention to detail to consistently produce quality productSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusThe physical demands of the job include standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, and near acuityAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Additional information

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
