The ideal candidate will operate and manage printing machinery used in the production of custom boxes, ensure materials are fed correctly, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the printing process. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Machine Operation:** Operate and monitor printing machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of custom boxes. This includes setting up the machine, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting minor issues. + **Material Feeding:** Load and unload materials such as paper, cardboard, and ink into the printing machine. Ensure materials are fed correctly and adjust as needed to prevent jams and ensure continuous operation. + **Quality Control:** Inspect printed boxes for defects, color consistency, and adherence to specifications. Make necessary adjustments to the machine to maintain high-quality standards. + **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. + **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production flow. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding production status and any issues. + **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve minor technical problems that may arise during the printing process. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** High school diploma or GED required.
