Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to assist in the operation of Flexo machines at our facility. You will play a critical role in producing corrugated boxes by feeding raw cardboard material into the machines, which will fold, stack, and package the boxes. The role involves working in a loading/unloading capacity and requires cross-training in various tasks. The ideal candidate must be capable of reading a tape measure to prepare materials and be physically capable of lifting 20-40 lbs consistently.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the operation of Flexo machines to produce corrugated boxes.Feed raw cardboard material into the machines.Operate in a loading/unloading role in front of the machines.Consistently lift 20-40 lbs.Read a tape measure to prepare material.Perform machine setups and adjustments as needed.Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.Operate a forklift when required.Be open to cross-training and performing various tasks as needed.Essential Skills1+ year of manufacturing experience, excluding small product hand assembly.Ability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently.Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day.Proficiency in reading a tape measure.Experience with machine operation, setups, and adjustments.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operation experience.Why Work Here?
