Position Summary:  
Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills and aptitude preferred. The plant operates 24 hours per day and successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary.

Operator II position responsibilities include: Ability to operate a high speed packaging machinery safely and efficientlyAbility to perform minor maintenance of machinery including product change oversEffectively troubleshoot problemsEffectively communicate with co-workers and supervisorsAccurately and legibly document data for reportingResponsible for maintaining the quality of productionWatch for and report all safety issuesFollow all GMP and HACCP policiesAble to work in a variety of conditions such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment  ​ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
