Key Responsibilities
To manually & automatically assemble products. Comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental & COSHH requirements Completion of First offs quality samples and complete quality documentation. Carry out activities in line with Company procedures and process standard work. Identify improvements Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment. Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes. Participate in improvement teams and initiatives Actively support waste reduction initiatives. May be expected to work other shift patterns Must be able to read & understand Quality documentationKey Skills and Qualifications
Must be fully committed to achieving the team’s objectives and targets. Ideally conversant with assembly systems Must be proactive towards improvement ideas/programmes. Must be self motivated and able to work using their own initiative Must be familiar with working to a high standard of quality control. Must be willing to adapt to new working practices and techniques Must be able to operate within a high-volume production environment. Flexible approach must be willing to train to Level 4 standards & other processes Good communicator at all levelsOur offer
