In this role, you will be responsible for:

You will perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).Unless otherwise directed by management, machine operators will rotate among themselves and be responsible for the designated line.You will be responsible for minor repairs and adjustmentsYou will assist in training of operatorsYou will consult with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and training manualsYou will work in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business unitsYou will help in establishment of equipment set pointsYou will appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned

You are flexible with shifts, where working on weekends and nights is requiredYou will have the ability to work under pressure and potentially stressful conditionsYou are self-motivated and a self-starter
