Job Description:

About the Role:

The Operator role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

· Operating equipment on multiple lines, including completing machine setup and making adjustments

· Inspecting material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process.

· Recording production, reviewing records and specifications, completing all necessary paperwork.

· Working closely with other production personnel and directing their work as needed

Important Details: Full-time, hourly positions. NO MANDATORY OVERTIME.

Wages: $25.15 - $26.65

Shifts available: 2-2-3 Day and Night shifts, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

· One year or more of experience operating machines in a production facility.

· Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

· High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

· Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
