We are searching for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Screen Printing Machine Operator! This is a great opportunity with room for advancement and permanent hire in the Meridian area!
Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Set and prepare machinery according to each unique job specificationAdjust machine settings to ensure proper ink flow, registration, and print qualityMonitor production run to ensure consistency and make adjustments as necessaryTroubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the printing processClean and maintain equipmentInspect final prints for quality and accuracy before releasing for further processing or shippingMaintain accurate logs of jobs, materials used, and production timeWork Experience
The ideal candidate should be experienced in the following ways:
- Machine operation experience
-\tAbility to interpret job orders and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail quality standards
- Good mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Preferred experience, but not required:
•\tProven experience as a screen printing operator or similar role
•\tKnowledge of different types of inks and their applications
•\tExperience with maintenance and minor machine repairs
•\tUnderstanding of color mixing and matching principals
•\tPrior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
