Compensation:
Starting rate of $21.63 - 25.00/hour depending on experience - paid weeklyAdditional shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shiftsEligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

2nd: 2:00pm - 10:30pm 3rd: 10:00pm - 6:30am*must be available to work weekends

Responsibilities Operate thermoformer and packaging equipment at a rate that equals or exceeds quality and production standardsTroubleshoot routine process problems, and assist with tooling and product changeoversMaintain adequate supplies for all line equipment to ensure continual operation Complete required quality checks and production reports in an efficient and timely mannerFollow all Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards and Safe Work PracticesMaintain work area in an organized, safe and clean mannerProvide relief to other members of team as necessaryAble to perform Packer functions Qualifications 3+ years of experience as Machine Operator in the plastics manufacturing industryPrior experience operating thermoforming machinesSuccessfully completed all training for Machine Operator Associate positionDemonstrated abilities as a team player, good cooperation, and communication skillsMust be able to lift up to 35 lbs
