Machine operators perform all duties related to the production and handling of deposited film. Tasks include: operating sputtering equipment, loading and unloading rolls, maintaining a clean working environment, monitoring sputtering chamber data, assist in quality control measures, and other routine tasks related to production. Machine operators will receive specialized training related to the sputtering process and must learn operating procedures. Operators must be capable of working independently and must be able to lift heavy (50-70 lb) objects. ...
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment, loading, and unloading rolls, maintaining a clean working environment,
monitor sputtering chamber data, assist in quality control measures, and other routine tasks
related to production.
- Machine operators will receive specialized training related to the sputtering process and must
learn operating procedures.
- Support our goal to keep our workplace safe by observing OSHA/company safety policies and
keeping their work areas clean and safe.
- Work well independently and keep other team members informed of progress, issues and/or
concerns.
- Operators must be capable of working independently and must be able to lift heavy (50-70 lb)
objects occasionally.
-Are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, crane or forklift.

Working hours: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

- Have mechanical or electrical skills.
- Have the ability to work independently.
- Care about customer quality and productivity

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of manufacturing experience required.
- Like standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and climbing ladders or stairways during your shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
