**Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. The role involves setting up and running a unique tube bending machine used for manufacturing bike racks. This is a job shop environment where you will handle multiple runs and jobs, programming at the machine, and working with mild steel. **Responsibilities** + Set up and run a tube bending machine to manufacture bike racks. + Operate various CNC machines such as mills, lathes, brake presses, turrets, punches, lasers, or fabrication machines. + Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. + Perform job shop tasks and handle multiple runs and jobs. + Program CNC machines at the machine. **Essential Skills** + Experience with machine operation and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, brake presses, turrets, punches, lasers, and fabrication machines. + Proficiency in using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. + At least 1 year of experience running a CNC machine. + Experience in fabrication and saw operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with press brakes. + 1 year of experience operating machines. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a laid-back and relaxed work environment with a clean and organized facility.
