Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 9:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.23 an hour

The Trash Dock associate will perform a variety of tasks including completing required paperwork, operating the controls on the compactors, making adjustments; and operate the trash compactors and balers.

Starting pay up to $19.23 per hour + Attendance Bonus! ($0.50 for first shift and $0.60 for second shift and $0.70 for Third Shift)

You will be onsite at the facility located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. As a general labor, you will report to the operations team. You will work onsite at the Council Bluffs location.

You Will:

Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for positionOperate P.I.T.'sWork individually and with others as a teamPush or pull up to 50 lbs. repetitivelyObtain all required paperwork for shiftCheck compactors for anything out of the ordinaryDump and compact trash into the trash compactorsAdd cardboard into the cardboard baler and bale the cardboard for recyclingAdd plastic into the vertical baler and bale the plastic for recyclingPump liquids (fats, oils and grease) into the designated tankMonitor the compacting processLoad the cardboard, barrels, pallets, and plastic onto the designated trailerCleaning compactors, totes, work areaEnsure good housekeeping and 5S standards are metComplete all required paperwork and document important dataMay perform general labor tasks as assigned

You have:

Knowledge of GMP's and food allergensBe PIT CertifiedBe LOTO CertifiedKnowledge of the 5S conceptWork with animal and allergen products

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum 3 months production or related experience
