As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Your key duties as Machine Operator will include:

Setting up machines according to specifications and instructions. Operating machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets. Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings as necessary. Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards. Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting issues. Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

What We’re Looking For In A Machine Operator:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/industrial setting. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
