What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

You'll have a crucial role in skillfully blending raw materials to maintain consistent, top-notch products.Operate mixing equipment by following specific formulas.Maintain a keen eye for detail and follow procedures to guarantee quality.Monitor processes, making adjustments as needed.Record production data for clear tracking.Keep your workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.Uphold safety regulations while handling materials.

Work Experience

Have prior manufacturing experienceHave a keen eye for detail and a commitment to qualityHave the ability to follow instructions and work independently/collaborativelyHave strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave basic math skills for measurements/ratiosNeed to physical lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
