What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:

Set up, adjust, and operate machines according to instructions and safety protocols.Monitor machine operations for smooth, efficient production.Inspect materials for quality and make necessary adjustments.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work together with your team to make sure there is good communication and teamwork.Participate in continuous improvement to boost production and cut costs.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have production line experience in manufacturing environmentHave 1 year of experience operating machineryA knack for mechanical tasks and troubleshootingBe able to follow written and verbal instructionsHave strong computer skills for data entryNeed the physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Have an Associate degree in a technical field as a plus!
