Machine Operators
Adecco is working with a Manufacturer in the **Rochester, NH area** , in search of **Machine Operators or Manufacturing Workers** on **2** **nd** **Shift** . The position pays **$18.15/HR** and offers overtime, benefits, and incentives. **Schedule** : Monday – Friday from 3:00PM – 11:00PM – 2 nd Shift This position will support manufacturing operations by operating machinery, converting materials, and performing various tasks to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. **Responsibilities** **:** + Arrive on time daily training will be provided. + Perform various duties as assigned. + Always maintain all safety standards. + Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. + Follow product-specific instructions to create custom items. + Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately. + Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit. + Label or ticket orders as specified. + Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout and at the end of your shift. + Report any issues or conditions requiring attention to the appropriate manager. + Accurately record material and equipment parameters. + Learn and adhere to the safety features of machinery. + Read work orders and verify the correct material is used. **Requirements** **:** + Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions. + Basic math skills are required. + Basic computer skills are essential. + Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. + Must be able to stand for 8 hours. + A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
