**Job Title: Intermediate Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an Intermediate Machine Operator who will work hands-on with machines, loading, and eventually taking full charge of the machine after the training period. This position is in a food manufacturing environment, producing Lipton Teas and Pasta Dry Pouches. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage machines hands-on. + Load materials into machines. + Troubleshoot and set up machines. + Learn and understand all aspects of the machines to ensure smooth operation. + Adhere to all food safety and PPE requirements, including wearing hairnets and beard nets, and avoiding all jewelry, including facial piercings, nose rings, earrings, and watches. **Essential Skills** + Machine operation experience. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Troubleshooting skills. + Ability to set up and run machines. + Production experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food manufacturing is a significant advantage. + Ability to learn and adapt to various tasks. + Flexibility to work locked into a shift for 6 months, followed by the ability to bid for shifts based on seniority. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the ability to earn at least a dollar raise at the end of each year, with a possible 3-6% annual performance bonus. The production floor operates on multiple shifts: A Shift (7am-7:30pm, Mon, Tues, every other Wed), B Shift (7am-7:30pm, Thurs, Fri, Sat, every other Wed), C Shift (7pm-7:30am, Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Wed), and D Shift (7pm-7:30am, Thurs, Fri, Sat, every other Wed). The processing room, which involves more heavy lifting and physical batch mixing, operates on a 2nd Shift (3-11:30pm). **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Independence, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $48692.80 - $50772.80/yr. Have the ability to earn at least a dollar raise at the end of each year, with a possible 3-6% annual performance bonus. Climate Controlled.
