Shift 1 (United States of America)Read, interpret assembly layouts, hydraulic circuits, and wiring diagrams.Work with more experienced runoff personnel to learn standard and special runoff tooling used in the area.Perform basic troubleshooting procedures to isolate electrical, hydraulic and machine problems.Recognize part malfunctions and take corrective actions with assistance.

Understand and support Company philosophies, goals and directions including ISO9001 and 14001 policies and procedures.

Job Report labor correctly and in a timely manner.Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads.Set the department / area standards in housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork by example.Possess working knowledge of standard hand tools

Team:

Employee may be regularly exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts

in motion, risk of shock and other hazards associated with a manufacturing

environment such as overhead cranes, welding, machining, painting etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience related to maintenance mechanic or technicianMust know blueprint reading and wiring diagrams. Hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical all a strong plusAssociate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1 to 3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
