What We Offer: Pay of $20.00 hour + $3.00 shift premium Second Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to read and follow specific work instructions Mechanically inclined candidates with experience in a machine shop environment Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, punch presses, spot welders, or other metalworking equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints (preferred) What You’ll Do as a Machine Shop Operator: Safely operate lasers, press brakes, punch presses, spot welders, and other machine shop equipment Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery Utilize machine shop processes, equipment, and work standards Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals Participate in continuous improvement activities Understand and apply the 5-Gen principle process Engage in 5S activities to maintain workplace organization Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements Complete special projects and related tasks as requested
