Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nSupervise machine shop personnel\nPromote a customer-focused culture within the organization\nSchedule and prioritize machining jobs\nOperate machining tools and machines\nOrder raw materials\nManage all quality records associated with the shop\nCoordinate with Engineering on R&D projects and assist with design reviews\nCreate simple jigs, fixtures, and tooling needed for the machine\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma\nSupervisory training and\/or experience\n5 years of experience with setup and operation of CNC machine tools\nAbility to multi task\nExperience with 3-axis milling is required\nExperience with Solidworks or equivalent CAD software is required\nExperience with 5-axis milling is preferred\nEDM experience preferred\nAdvanced knowledge of machine tools and the ability to read prints and sketches\n\n
