JOB SUMMARY

Machine Support Technician performs semi-routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment without supervision. Can solve normal machine running problem. Can train junior level operators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set Up and Operate Machines: Set up and operate machines for different products.Machine Adjustment: Adjust machines to meet product requirements.Problem Solving: Fix common machine issues.Training: Train junior operators.Team Coordination: Work with team members to set up machines.Parts Management: Keep board loaders and feeders stocked with the right parts. Prepare parts for the next run.Quality Control: Monitor machine rejects and ensure parts are sorted daily.Standards Compliance: Make sure processes and equipment meet company standards.Quality Checks: Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting.Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean and organized.Other Duties: Perform other tasks as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.Experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

Education:

Technical school diploma or equivalent.Technical training or certification in machine operation or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations.Proficiency in English is a plus.Problem-solving skills to address common machine issues.Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail.
