As a Machinery Diagnostics Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Use available Bently Nevada technology to collect data and determine machine and other asset condition and changes in condition.Have enough knowledge of the process in order to understand where the assets in scope sit within the criticality rank.Recognize and quantify the severity of machinery vibration data in accordance with applicable industry standards (e.g., API, ISO).Diagnostics of rotating and reciprocating machinery as well as other assets’ malfunctions based on all condition monitoring tools and parameters available.Select and use the appropriate criteria and or standards to assess the severity of a fault.Assess process data of both the machine in question and its auxiliary systems looking both upstream and downstream in the process of the unit. Prepare reports for appropriate personnel on machine condition, recommend corrective action, and report on the effectiveness of repairs.Recognize good versus bad data, coupled with the ability to evaluate the overall quality of a data set.The report should seek to identify if possible the root cause of the issue and propose appropriate further work.Continuous feedback to BN Engineering and HQ on improvements, rectifications, requests, etc. on our technology, services and processes and procedures.Perform installations, commissioning, and trouble-shooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations.Timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirementsReact to customer required travel in a timely manner, while bringing all required service equipmentComplete Documentation of findings / recommendationsProfessionally communicate with customer and other team membersPerform Asset Management / Reliability Service StudiesPrepare timely Work Order requests, Quick Quotes and Invoicing packagesAssess job site Safety and perform services as per Bently Environmental, Health, and Safety PoliciesDrive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.Support the growth initiatives of the business.Demonstrate basic understanding of contractual commitments, project scheduling, Term & Conditions, and cost drivers affecting profitability.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a 4-year College Degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical fieldsHave more than 3 years experience working in the O&G or Power Generation industry.Have knowledge or experience with at least one or more of the following: mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and/or diagnostics, rotordynamic analysis, machinery balancing and alignment.Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills.Have advanced English level.Have an exceptional customer service mindset.Demonstrate organizational and time management skillsBe able to travel 50% of the time (local and international)Desired Characteristics:
Have at Least ISO CAT II Certification in Vibration or equivalent from a recognized training organizationHave Maintenance & Reliability Background in Power Generation, Oil and Gas production, refining or petrochemical plantsWork under stressful working conditionsHave Project Management SkillsHave Mechanical & Electrical trouble shooting skills. "Hands-on approach"Be able to read, interpret, and understand mechanical printsHave knowledge of machinery protection and management systemsAt least three years of proven driving experience.
