ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (EMCL) represents the company’s presence in Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas industry. We have delivered more than 550 million barrels of cumulative crude oil production from Cepu Block through safe, reliable, and efficient production operations.
PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (PT EMLI) represents ExxonMobil’s downstream presence in lubricants, chemicals, and fuels businesses in the country. PT EMLI had successfully entered the fuels market for industrial and commercial customers in 2016. Our chemical business also supports the pandemic response in Indonesia. ExxonMobil has also acquired PT Federal Karyatama (FKT), one of Indonesia’s largest manufacturers and marketers of automotive lubricants, in 2018.
In collaboration with Pertamina, ExxonMobil signs several agreement toward Indonesia’s low carbon future, assessing the prospect of large-scale implementation of low-carbon technologies and the development of a regional Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Hub to support Indonesia’s 2060 net-zero ambition.
What will you do
Lead/contribute actively in Machinery and Reliability engineering activities
Stewardship of machinery reliability and PM program to maintain equipment availability and minimize MTBF to support production of Banyu Urip facility:
Develop Machinery integrity programs and implementation plans
Assess continuous improvement opportunities on the Machinery integrity programs
Work with the maintenance team to ensure sufficiently detailed documentations are maintained
Identify gaps with the machinery reliability and work with team to execute plans for improvements
Conduct measurement and verification activities and & steward program KPI’s
Perform internal assessments of program status and effectiveness
Steward Management of Change documentations and process deviations as required
Lead/participate in incident investigation related to machinery and other equipment
Conduct failure analysis and provide comprehensive report to avoid failure in the future
Implement activities related to Risk Assessment mitigation/prevention task
Part of Asset Leadership Team member to continuously implement improvements: bad actor elimination, cost reduction, equipment reliability, facility optimization, capacity enhancement, downtime reduction, MTBR improvement
Review and update Machinery equipment strategy
Perform analysis on Condition Monitoring of major rotating equipment (pumps, gas turbines, compressor) based on lube oil analysis, performance monitoring, and vibration and propose recommendations for operational improvement
Perform other activities in-line with business goals of MICEM and Operations Technical group
About you
Skills and qualifications
Familiar with machinery equipment in oil and gas processing includes how to design, surveillance, evaluation and selection equipment
Familiar with technical drawing such as machinery drawings, P&ID, PFD
Familiar with various rotating equipment type and their basic characteristic
Proficiency in English, both oral and written and good communication and presentation skills
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Machinery Engineering with GPA 3.2
Having 1-5 years working experiences in Oil and Gas (Company, Services, Consultant, Contractor) as Machinery Engineer
Willing to be located anywhere at Company locations
