THE DAY TO DAY…
Safe operations of machine and tools, following procedures and protocolLive and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 PrinciplesMust be able to perform all Machining Technician duties and responsibilitiesIdentify and troubleshoot technical problems involving multiple variables in non-standardized situationsDevelop and edit CNC programs to optimize part quality and efficiency on computer-controlled machinesIndependently improves, selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials in machine toolsDesign, fabricate and install fixtures, tooling and experimental parts to meet engineering and production needs including process trialsAssist and train Machine Operators, Machining Technicians and MachinistsTHE QUALIFICATIONS…
