We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in machine setup. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines. Horizontal Mill experience is a plus. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines according to technical specifications and blueprints.Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine machining processes and sequences.Conduct machine tool setup, including selecting and installing appropriate tooling, fixtures and programs.Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality output.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes and efficiency.Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.Critical Competencies
Understanding machines practices and monitor operations: watching gauges or other indicators to make sure the machine is working properly.Operation and control: controlling operation of equipment or systems.Quality control analysis: Learning and using computer-based quality control and production systems to evaluate performance or quality of the product.Critical thinking: using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.Education and Experience Requirements
High School education or equivalent, preferred.3 year of CNC machining and set up experienceSuccessful completion of a CNC Machine Operator Training Program would be a plus.Must be able to perform machine shop mathematics and machining procedures.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
