To learn more about our benefits package, click the link for a snapshot of our benefits: Hourly Benefits Guide 2025 (file:///C:/Users/931386/Documents/Talent%20Acquisition/HourlyBenefitsSummary2025.docx) Shift: 2nd (2:30pm - 11pm) M-F With direct guidance in a team environment, responsible for operating one or more production machines working from blueprints, sketches and route sheets. + Perform repetitive machine operations (including reworking parts) such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, reaming and smoothing parts + Align and fasten parts using standard fixtures where established methods are followed + Visually inspect parts for burrs and damaged machine surface + Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks cracks or other irregularities from machined parts + Inspect parts for conformance to specifications by visual examination and the use of gauges or other measuring instruments + Accurately and regularly perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements + Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean work area in orderly condition + Perform other related responsibilities Qualifications + HS Diploma or equivalent + Must have manual machining experience + Minimum 1-2 years general or related machine shop experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities + Must demonstrate manual dexterity + Must be able to read and understand blueprints + Working knowledge of machine shop mathematics + Must demonstrate effective English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player Parker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
