**Aerotek aviation is looking for a Machinist for a direct hire position in Stroud, Oklahoma.** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machinist with expertise in CNC Programming, CNC Machining, and Manual Machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, as well as manual machining tasks. **Responsibilities** + Program and operate CNC machines + Perform manual machining tasks using lathe and mill + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining + Utilize Mastercam and Solidworks for programming and setup + Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) + Set up and operate manual machines including lathe and mill + Ensure quality and precision in all machining tasks **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC Programming + Proficiency in CNC Machining + Skilled in Manual Machining + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience with Mastercam and Solidworks + Knowledge of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in CMM programming (training available if needed) **Why Work Here?** We offer direct placement and substantial benefits, including health insurance with 80% of the premium paid by the employer, and a 401k plan with up to 4% matching contributions.
